Hello!

I am a visiting assistant professor with the Purdue Political Science department. I earned my PhD from UNLV and my MA from Iowa State. I have taught previously at UNLV and the College of Southern Nevada. In addition to my major fields I am passionate about teaching American Government and promoting civic engagement. I currently serve as the Communications Director for APSA’s Civic Engagement section. My research interests are International Organizations, International Political Economy, East Asian Politics, and Global/Regional Cooperation & Conflict.

I was born and raised in Montana, am a Marine veteran, and I love reading, American football (Raiders), Star Wars, travel, and fly fishing.
